A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and friendly cafe environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee counter, equipment, and seating area.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Restock ingredients and supplies (milk, coffee beans, syrups, cups, etc.).
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous barista or customer service experience (preferred but not always required).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques (optional--training usually provided).
Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
