Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service or food & beverage role.
Skills & Knowledge:
Knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, and beverage preparation.
Ability to operate coffee machines and related equipment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality presentation.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Personal Attributes:
Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
Excellent hygiene and grooming standards.
Punctual and reliable.
Additional (Preferred):
Basic knowledge of inventory management or POS systems.
Barista certification or training course is an advantage.
Experience in specialty coffee or international cafe brands preferred.
