Job Description

We are seeking a

skilled and passionate Barista

to join our team at a renowned

French cafe and restaurant chain in Qatar

. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creating high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, premium setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, specialty coffee, tea, and mocktails Maintain high standards of product presentation, consistency, and cleanliness Understand and promote the cafe's beverage offerings, including seasonal or signature drinks Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner; take orders and offer recommendations Follow all food safety and hygiene standards, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies; report or request replenishment as needed Operate coffee equipment (grinders, espresso machines, brewers) with care and precision Support the front-of-house team with order delivery and guest engagement during peak hours Handle guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum

1-2 years of experience as a Barista

, preferably in a premium cafe or restaurant In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment Excellent customer service and communication skills Passion for coffee, attention to detail, and commitment to quality Presentable appearance with a friendly and outgoing personality Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English (Arabic or French is a plus)

Valid Health Certificate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
