Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve beverages--primarily coffee and espresso drinks--as well as assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a welcoming environment for all customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold brew, etc.) according to company recipes and customer preferences Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently Prepare and serve light food items such as pastries, sandwiches, or snacks (as applicable) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas Handle cash, operate POS systems, and process payments accurately Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications:

Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required (training provided) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Basic math and cash handling skills Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Work Environment:

Fast-paced coffee shop or cafe setting Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts may be required Uniform and hygiene standards must be maintained
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
