Latte Art:Learning to create decorative patterns in coffee with steamed milk is a key skill that requires practice. Brewing Methods:Knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques, like pour-over and French press, is essential.

Coffee Knowledge

Coffee Beans:Baristas should understand different types of coffee beans, their origins, and how they affect the taste. Menu Knowledge:Knowing how to prepare standard coffee and tea drinks, including distinctions between lattes, cappuccinos, and other beverages, is fundamental. Equipment:Understanding the basic operation and maintenance of coffee grinders, espresso machines, and other bar equipment is important.
