Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Baristas with a passion for specialty coffee and a flair for presentation. Candidates must bring creativity and consistency to each cup served in our premium cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and beverages.
Perform latte art and ensure visual appeal of drinks.
Maintain coffee equipment and ensure quality standards.
Interact with customers, explaining beverage options.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista in specialty coffee shops.
Knowledge of brewing methods and latte art skills.
Passion for coffee culture and customer service.
Locally available in Qatar with transferable sponsorship.
Salary & Benefits: QAR 3,300 + Accommodation & Transportation (negotiable).
