Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe and workstations
Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of barista experience
, with at least
3 years in Qatar (preferred)
Strong knowledge of coffee blends, brewing techniques, and latte art
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
