About The Role
As a Barista at Arrazuna, you will assist the bar team to plan, organize and direct all processes of the Bar operations to ensures the bar provides quality beverages in a clean and tidy workspace and deliver consistent service in line with the One&Only One Za\xe2\x80\x99abeel Standard Opening Procedures and achieves maximum revenue and profit in line with the budget and forecast.
About You
The ideal candidate will have 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant. Understand the origin of coffee and how to categorize as per the industry grading models. In-depth theoretical knowledge regarding regionality, cultivation, history, ceremonies, steeping and temperatures. Able to manage inventory accurately and efficiently. Working with high volume restaurants is preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, committed to and passionate about the food and beverage industry, willing to work flexible hours.
