Job Description
Requirements:
· Previous experience working in a busy cafe or restaurant
· At least 2 years’ experience as Barista/Coffee Specialist/Cashier
· Good level of spoken and reading English
· Experience working with a multi-cultural team
· Ideally has some knowledge and experience of making juices, smoothies and coffee
· Ideally has some knowledge and experience of upselling and customer service standards
· Ideally have an interest in healthy food
· Have a friendly personality with good people skills and strong multi-tasking ability
Responsibilities:
· Greeting customers
· Making all drinks including smoothies, juices, tea and coffee
· Cleaning the drinks area
· Managing the Point of Sale (POS).
· Collecting payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers; making change for cash customers.
· Verifying credit acceptance
· Issuing receipts and refunds
· Redeeming and monitoring vouchers and loyalty card
· Balancing cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end work shift
· Balancing cash/credit sales against the POS report
· Resolving customers complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
· Keeping records transactions
· Representing the companies ethos and vision at all times
· Maintaining clean and tidy checkout areas.
Preferably in Doha with NOC
