Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment correctly.
Maintain high standards of drink quality, taste, and presentation.
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Take customer orders, process payments, and issue receipts.
Keep the barista station clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
Follow all hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
Assist in training new staff on drink preparation and service standards (optional).
Handle customer feedback or complaints politely and professionally.
Support other cafe operations as needed.
