We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas.
Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
Upsell products and promote specials to increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a coffee shop or customer service preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Positive attitude and a team player.
