We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while also being capable of performing Waiter/Waitress duties to support a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently Welcome and serve guests when needed, taking orders and delivering food and beverages Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe and service areas Assist guests with inquiries in a courteous and professional manner Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow Support overall restaurant operations as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Barista or in a casual dining cafe preferred Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Flexible to work across UAE
