+7A barista's duties include preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, handling customer orders and payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities also involve operating espresso machines and other equipment, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations. Greet customers warmly and provide a positive experience. Take orders accurately and answer questions about menu items. Handle transactions efficiently using cash and credit cards. Build rapport with customers and remember their preferences.
Beverage and food preparation

Prepare a wide range of beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks. Operate and maintain brewing equipment like espresso machines and grinders. Prepare and serve food items, such as pastries, sandwiches, or baked goods, depending on the location.
Operations and maintenance

Keep the work area, equipment, and dining areas clean and sanitized. Monitor and restock supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, and cups. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setup.
Inventory and restocking

Keep track of inventory levels for all supplies. Place orders for new supplies as needed. Ensure that display cases and service areas are fully stocked.
