Key Responsibilities:
A Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and beverage options.
A Deliver friendly and prompt customer service.
A Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating area.
A Restock inventory and manage daily preparation of ingredients.
A Follow recipes and presentation standards accurately.
A Ensure hygiene and safety standards are always upheld.
Requirements
A Minimum 2 years of barista or customer service experience in the UAE.
A High School or Diploma graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or any related field.
A Passion for coffee, customer service, and working in a team.
A Good communication skills and positive attitude.
A Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A Barista training or knowledge of brewing methods is a plus.
A Open to candidates of all nationalities; preference for those with a friendly and engaging service style.
