We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in the office. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages for employees and visitors, ensuring a high-quality experience that reflects our company's standards and friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare hot and cold beverages (e.g., espresso-based drinks, tea, juices) according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
Serve beverages to employees and visitors in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines and related equipment to ensure they are always in good working condition and ready for use.
Keep the coffee area and small kitchen clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and report shortages or the need to order new supplies.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards while preparing and serving beverages.
Contribute to creating a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable environment during break times.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a Barista is an advantage, especially in corporate offices, hotels, or premium service environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact politely and professionally with employees and visitors.
Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods.
Punctual, reliable, and well-presented.
Friendly personality, positive attitude, and strong team spirit.
