We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Barista
to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, equipment, and seating areas.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and cafe operations and other beverages is an advantage.
Strong communication tagalog and bisaya is advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
