Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, pastries, and cookies. Welcome customers by identifying their preferences and understanding their coffee needs. Educate customers on available menu items, explaining flavors, blends, and preparation methods. Prepare beverages according to established recipes and techniques (e.g., espresso, lungo, latte, cappuccino). Maintain inventory by replenishing coffee beans, restocking supplies, and ensuring availability of pastries and cookies. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot coffee equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work environment.

Qualifications & Experience

High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. Basic English communication skills. Strong customer service mindset and passion for coffee preparation. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a customer-facing environment.
