We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our cafe team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, customer service, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and supporting daily cafe operations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve espresso-based and other hot/cold beverages accurately and efficiently.
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Operate and maintain coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers) with care.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar/cafe area at all times.
Assist with inventory tracking, restocking, and cafe opening/closing tasks as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of barista or cafe experience preferred.
Strong guest-service and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays).
Basic understanding of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Team-player attitude and ability to work under pressure.
