We are looking for experienced Baristas, preferably immediate joiners or those who can join within a week. Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of prior experience in a similar setup.
Your Role:
As a barista at OSK Croissanterie, you'll be the face of our cafe serving expertly prepared coffee, creating memorable customer experiences, and contributing to a warm, energetic team culture.
What You'll Be Doing:
Preparing high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks
Providing friendly, attentive service to every guest
Assisting with daily operations, including opening/closing duties
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the cafe
Supporting pastry and food service when needed
Who You Are:
Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
Passionate about coffee and hospitality
Experienced in a cafe or hospitality setting
A strong team player with a great work ethic
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
