We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, customer service, and thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.

Barista Responsibilities:

Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments. Preparing food and drink garnish, and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers. Packaging food and beverages for sale. Selling coffee and tea blends and brewing equipment, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods. Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils. Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, drinks preparation, and presentation techniques to improve quality. Updating signage and displays to attract customers. Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter. Help guest/ service staffs, take orders, serve to guests, clean and reset the tables as and when required. Answer phone calls politely and professionally as per our brand standards. Working as part of a fun, high-energy team. Supporting other team members as and when required. Help maintain cleanliness of all work areas as well as guest areas. Participate in all training activities conducted in the outlet by supervisor. Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls. In case of any guest complaints, inform your immediate supervisor to help you out and to resolve the complaint to guest satisfaction professionally. Make sure all opening and closing duties are done as per in-charge shift/supervisor assigned task.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible and willing to work at different locations and assist with catering at events when needed Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Note:

Waiter experience is an advantage. Candidates on visit visa, canceled visa, or with their own visa are preferred. Must be available for a paid trial and able to join immediately.
