We are currently seeking a

Barista

to join our vibrant team. At Radisson Hotel Group, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume - those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Our

Baristas

have a unique flare and are able to lead and inspire their team to create the Wow Factor for our guests.

Bar Operations:

Ensure bar is stocked and run according to the operational daily procedures, specified customer service levels, employee satisfaction, and HSSE guidelines.

Beverage preparation and Quality Control:

Maintain the correct beverage preparation skills to ensure high standards of quality and service in line with JTG operating procedures and standards.

Store Services and Product Knowledge:

Full knowledge of all store promotions, company services, bar products and takeaway menu items to successfully deliver them to all customers.

Customer Satisfaction levels:

Continually look at understanding evolving customer requirements and satisfaction levels. Attend to guest special requirements.

Internal Communication and Coordination:

Work closely with store management and staff to promote positive teamwork to run an efficient operation.

Daily and Weekly reports:

Complete all bar related reports and checklists on time as required.

HSSE & Quality:

Completion of bar checklists and relevant equipment to fulfil HSSE requirements for daily operation.

Qualifications

Experience in food & beverage service beneficial. Hands-on approach with a can-do work style. Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry. Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned. Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence. Strong communication skills.
