Melodica Cafe is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. You'll be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and tea beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting cafe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to standard.
Operate cafe equipment safely and efficiently.
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and customer areas.
Restock supplies and support day-to-day operations.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience as a barista preferred.
Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
Team player with good communication skills.
