Hiring Bubble Tea Maker in Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bubble Tea Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality bubble tea, providing excellent customer service, and helping to increase sales.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve bubble tea and other beverages according to recipes. Operate and maintain equipment, including tea brewers and sealing machines. Handle ingredients such as tapioca pearls, jellies, and syrup. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace. Take customer orders and process payments efficiently. Promote and upsell products to increase sales. Engage with customers to enhance their experience and encourage repeat business. Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed. Assist in marketing efforts to attract more customers.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a cafe, bubble tea shop, or sales is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards. Good communication and sales skills. Friendly and outgoing personality to attract and retain customers. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
