What You'll Do:
Prepare and serve a variety of tea beverages with care and consistency
Guide customers through our tea menu and help them find their favorites
Keep the tea bar clean, organized, and well-stocked
Follow recipes and quality standards
Deliver friendly, attentive customer service
What We're Looking For:
Passion for tea and eagerness to learn
Experience in a cafe or tea shop is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
