Job Description
Requirements
1. At least 5years of experience in a similar position
2. STCW certificates required and completion of all training and certifications
3. Should have knowledge of lifting.
4. Must have offshore experience
Responsibilities:
Supervising the barge crew, ensuring that tasks are assigned efficiently, and monitoring their performance. Providing training and guidance to crew members, particularly in handling safety equipment and emergency procedures. Resolving any interpersonal conflicts and maintaining high morale among the crew. Ensuring the regular maintenance of all equipment and machinery on the barge to avoid operational downtime
