Regulate grill/smoker temperatures and cook items to perfection and customer specifications.
Taste and evaluate food before serving.
Service & Coordination
Plate and garnish dishes for visual appeal and consistency.
Communicate with waitstaff and other kitchen staff for smooth order flow.
Manage multiple orders under pressure during busy service.
