Supervise bar staff during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Provide training, guidance, and support to bartenders and bar backs.
Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered.
Assist in creating staff schedules and managing shift coverage.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock ordering and deliveries.
Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area.
Ensure cash handling procedures and POS operations are followed accurately.
Assist in menu planning and development, including cocktails and promotions.
Work closely with the management team to meet sales targets and improve bar performance.
