Bar Supervisor
Job Description
Ensure service is friendly, prompt and courteous at all times.
Ensure that all operating supplies are sufficiently stocked for the smooth operation of the outlet.
Ensure that beverage stocks are constantly maintained at ,,Par? adjusting levels according to product and business demand.
Responsible for all equipment and the general condition of the Outlet. Liaise with Maintenance to ensure the area is in excellent condition.
Ensure all staff actively solicit guest feedback in order to seek continual improvement in service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor entertainment in the outlet to ensure that entertainers are performing to
contracted schedules, that their grooming and presentation is of an acceptable
standard and that their musical content reflects the current product description.
Assist in the establishment and maintenance of an outlet promotional calendar.
Increase and maintain average food checks and beverage spends per person in line with budget expectations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Experience:
* Bar Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
