Job Summary

The Bar Hostess is responsible for creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere in the sports bar, ensuring guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure. The role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to manage guest flow in a fast-paced sports bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional, and energetic manner Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently Maintain a positive guest experience during live sports events and peak hours Coordinate with bartenders and service staff to ensure smooth service flow Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally Promote sports bar offers, events, and live match screenings Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and bar entrance Ensure compliance with service standards and outlet policies

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in a similar hostess or guest-facing role, preferably in a sports bar or high-volume outlet Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, outgoing personality with a guest-focused mindset Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Well-groomed appearance in line with brand standards Knowledge of sports events and promotions is an advantage
