We are seeking a Sports Bar Manager with experience in a hotel environment

We are seeking a Sports Bar Manager with experience in a hotel environment
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a working environment in which staff are fully trained, supportive of each other, motivated and competent
- Apply HR policies and programs diligently and effectively
- Maintain the health, hygiene and professional appearance of the outlet area and all who work in it
- Implement action plans ensuring the optimal functioning of all areas of the outlet delivery so that guests expectations are exceeded
- Effectively manage the administration including meetings, action plans, preparation, menu planning and costing, equipment control, bookings and budgets
- Fulfill service requirements promptly and with a positive approach
- Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards
