Banqueting Chef de Partie | Dubai | All-inclusive Beachfront Resort

We are currently seeking an experienced BANQUETING CHEF DE PARTIE to join the exceptional culinary team, contributing to the enhancement of each guest overall experience at a Luxurious Hotel situated in Dubai

FACE TO FACE INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN CAPE TOWN IN SEPTEMBER

As ideal candidate you will have:

• Certificate/Diploma in culinary arts
• 2 Years previous experience from similar role and establishment
• Able to work under pressure and a busy environment
• Solid work history with references
• Immaculate attention to detail
• Very good communication skills
• Work well within a team

Key Performance Areas:

• Assist in the day-to-day activities of the kitchen team
• Lead by example, ensure the quality and consistency of all products served.
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the standards as set out by the Head Chef
• Ensure that all menu items have their recipes recorded and updated on an ongoing basis
• Ensure that food waste is kept to a minimum
• Follow all operating procedures and identify and correct any organizational problems that impact the effectiveness of the operation
• Ensure that all health, safety and cleanliness standards are adhered to and correct any deficiencies
• Handle all special requests and guest allergies to ensure guest health and satisfaction
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required

Salary Package:

• Basic AED 4 500
• Shared accommodation
• Service charge of approximately AED 200
• Local medical insurance
