We are looking for a skilled Banquet & Outdoor Catering Manager to lead and oversee all banquet operations and off-site catering events. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing teams, and ensuring smooth execution of functions both inside the hotel and at external venues.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage banquet functions and outdoor catering events.
Supervise service teams to ensure high standards of food & beverage service.
Liaise with clients, culinary, and events teams to meet expectations.
Control costs, manage inventories, and ensure profitability.
