Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferably in Hospitality Management
Extensive Catering Management / Food and Beverage, complete understanding with the catering operations is a must.
Excellent customer service experience.
Experience in dealing and managing various cultures/nationalities
Experience in high-level project management in Event delivery
Strong record of experience in organizing Catering services for highly esteemed clients both in Private and Public sectors.
You shall establish a plan to market our Contract Catering & Food Services (FS) & Business activities to secure new Service Contracts and generate sales revenue, within the given guidelines, time frame and agreed budget.
You shall conduct extensive market research and competitor mapping activities leading to future strategies; identification of opportunities related to hospitality & allied services & thereafter their conversion into contracts.
You shall contribute extensively towards devising the complete Annual Marketing and Business plan & achieve the objectives set for sales volume, market share.
You shall introduce & promote Catering between the international contractors and multinational companies to secure new FS Contracts in companies and Institutions.
You shall identify and prospect new segments of business, other than FS .
You shall develop good working / business relations with existing clientele to improve and secure additional trading business, referral business.
You shall meet at least 10 new clients every month and touch base with 5 old clients once a month. You will follow up this meeting written communication to the client.
You shall address all communications on day to day basis and carry out all internal & external written communication with operations and with clients independently.
You will be responsible in preparing costing / proposals for the new projects and timely submission of proposals in response to tenders / client enquiries.
You shall coordinate with the Director of Operations and Managing Director and finalize the Service agreements for all new businesses within 15 days from the date of LOI.
You shall assist the Operations Manager during mobilization of all new business projects and units and hand hold them for at least one week till everything is streamlined.
In addition, you will be required to brief & update the Director of Operations and Managing Director on all Sales & Marketing, Business Development activities on daily basis
You will be responsible for preparing and timely submission of MIS reports to the Management.
Ensure that requirements related to Food Safety (ISO 22000:2018), Quality Management (9001:2015) and HSE (ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018) are implemented and maintained within the department.
All documents/records related to Food Safety & HSE (where applicable) shall be kept up to date.
Food safety/HSE Policy and objectives, as applicable to the department, to be followed and updated.
To carry-out all other duties assigned by your and carry out any other assignments / duties given from time to time by the Director of Operations and Managing Director in accordance with Company\xe2\x80\x99s Policies & Procedures and any applicable state and Qatar Laws.
