Job Description
- Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions.
- Identifying potential new markets.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Following the industry trends locally and internationally.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Drafting and reviewing the contracts.
- Reporting on the progress and analysing the areas that require improvements.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Leading to a full-time position.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- 5 Years of Experience in the field.
- Proficiency in British/ American English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Dubai Silicon Oasis: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
