Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Setting goals and developing plans and strategies for business and revenue growth
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives
  • Promote the company services addressing or predicting client's objectives
  • Keep a record of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics or related field. 3-5 years of experience in relevant position, preferred experience and knowledge in a multi-faceted Delivery Services organizations. Experience in coordinating with suppliers & customers from different nationality Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships Have strong oral and written communication skills, fluent written and spoken Arabic & English Have excellent project planning skills and be competent in financial modeling to support bid activity. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work to targets and deadlines, both independently and as part of a team. Familiar with CRM databases and possess strong IT skills. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
