Study, analyze and evaluate the ability to repay and collateral of customers properly.
Prepare reports and loan applications for submission to Branch Manager or Credit Committee for review and approval
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and find new customers.
Disbursement of credit according to the plan set by the branch manager.
Strengthen the quality of collection and resolve delays in repaying loans on time.
Increase contacts with local authorities and learn about local competitors, as well as plan for additional market share.
Make daily, weekly and monthly reports to management.

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or current student in Marketing, Management, Accounting, Finance and Banking or equivalent.
Good communication and problem solving skills, honest and able to work in a team.
Good command of English, good writing and speaking skills.
Able to use Ms Office Word & Ms Excel.
