Job Title: Banking Sales Executive/ Banking Sales Consultant/ Retail Banking Executive/ Banking sales Agent/ Banking Telesales/ Banking Customer services. : We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with a background in banking sales, specifically in credit cards, insurance, and personal loans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of banking products, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Looking for self-motivated people to sell credit cards on a digital Process of a prominent Recognized Banks of Dubai. Experience:0-8 Must Have:
- - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- - Proven experience in direct sales/ tele Sales in banking or financial industry.
- - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a persuasive attitude.
- - Good communication, Negotiation & interpersonal skills & Market knowledge
- - Candidates with strong banking knowledge
- - Ability to work under pressure to meet sales target.
- - Through direct / telephonic conversations able to engage with the customers.

- - Increase credit card customers
- - Engage and educate customers on product usage
- - Convey brand information to customers and respond to questions/inquiries that arise
- - Responsible for daily/monthly sales targets
- - Investigate and address competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities
- - Prioritize and schedule proactive calls to organization\xe2\x80\x99s accounts
- - Update and manage contact database with accurate profiles, notes, and relevant information
- - Undertake training on the firm\xe2\x80\x99s markets and products, and improve on selling skills
- - Match sales opportunities that cover other products involving various sales representatives
- - Bargain customer pricing contracts with third party providers.
- Proven track record of success in banking sales, with a focus on credit cards, insurance, and personal loans.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales goals.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the banking industry is preferred.
- Salary: AED. 4000/- (excluding incentives)

- Candidates with a minimum of 0-8 Year experience in banking call centre/ BPO or Sales background.
