Job Description
RAJ Group is hiring a banking officer for the following tasks, with 5-6 years UAE mandator experience:
Bank Account Management:
Opening, closing, and maintaining all group bank accounts. Monitoring account balances, interest earnings, and bank charges.Transaction Processing:
Handling all payments, collections, fund transfers, and payroll transactions. Ensuring timely clearance of cheques, DDs, and online transfers.Reconciliation & Reporting:
Conducting regular bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies. Preparing detailed financial reports related to banking activities.Cash & Liquidity Management:
Monitoring cash flow and ensuring sufficient funds for operations. Optimizing liquidity and short-term investments in coordination with management.Loan & Credit Management:
Managing group loans, credit facilities, and interest payments. Coordinating with banks for renewals, sanctions, and compliance.Compliance & Regulatory Coordination:
Ensuring adherence to banking regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements. Maintaining proper documentation for all banking transactions.Relationship Management:
Serving as the primary liaison with banks and financial institutions. Negotiating banking terms, fees, and services to benefit the group.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
