Job Description
The Banking Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling Deem credit card products to eligible customers. This role involves field and in-store sales activities, lead generation, and closing sales, with a focus on achieving monthly targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies and product guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell Deem credit cards to individuals through direct sales. Approach potential customers in malls, offices, residential areas, and other approved locations. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable credit card products. Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets. Collect and verify customer documents as per bank requirements (KYC). Ensure accurate and complete application forms and documentation. Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Submit applications on time and follow up until card issuance. Provide post-sales customer service and support as needed. Stay updated with Deem Bank's product policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and confident in handling objections. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Good knowledge of credit card features and benefits. Basic understanding of banking procedures and compliance.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in credit card or financial product sales (preferablyin the UAE).

Working Hours:
6 days a week (Sunday off) 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (may vary based on location or team) High School Certificate / Bachelor's Degree. UAE experience in Deem credit card sales is an advantage. Must have a professional attitude and be presentable.
