Job Description
Fantastic opportunity for a junior to mid-level Associate to be part of a growing finance team in Dubai.
This team advises lenders and borrowers on a range of complex cross-border banking transactions, covering origination financings across a variety of sectors and asset classes, debt restructurings and special situations, and financial services regulation. This also extends across various types of debt structures, including conventional, Islamic and multisourced transactions.
Ideally, you\'ll be common law qualified with solid experience gained from a leading finance practice. Regional experience is not required but would be beneficial.
