- Provide legal support in Islamic finance matters, ensuring compliance with Shari'ah principles.
- Conduct legal research, draft contracts, and review documentation.
- Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their business needs.
- Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams for successful transaction execution.
The Successful Applicant
- 2-5 years PQE, preferably with a common law qualification.
- Expertise in project finance and Islamic finance transactions.
