Job Overview
The Bancassurance Production Support Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity of bancassurance systems, ensuring uptime, resolving incidents, and supporting business users. The role also supports compliance, system monitoring, and collaboration with internal IT and vendor teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance system performance.
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance and reliability of bancassurance systems and interfaces
• Resolve Level 2/3 incidents related to application errors, system delays, or integration failures
• Provide technical support to business users involved in bancassurance operations
• Assist with after-hours production support and critical issue remediation
• Troubleshoot using .NET frameworks, C#, and SQL queries
• Collaborate with IT, development, and insurance stakeholders for root cause analysis and fixes
• Support the sales process by training staff on bancassurance systems or product tools
• Ensure all production activities and incident resolutions are logged and tracked appropriately
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support system enhancement initiatives

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in technical support or application maintenance in banking or insurance sectors
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, and SQL for debugging and system troubleshooting
• Familiarity with bancassurance workflows, banking integrations, or insurance policy management
• Experience with issue tracking systems and production support environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage incidents independently
• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to insurance operations is a plus
