Bakery - Shop Assistant
to join our team. As a Bakery - Shop Assistant, you will craft high-quality beverages, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other cafe equipment.
Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive experience.
Take customer orders, handle payments, and operate POS systems.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including cafe tables and restrooms.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with inventory, stocking supplies, and restocking ingredients.
Suggest menu items and upsell products when appropriate.
Work as part of a team to meet daily sales and service goals.
Qualifications:
1 year experience as
Juice Maker in uae.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
A passion for coffee and quality service.
