Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Bakery Shop Manager

to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain high-quality standards across the store. The ideal candidate should have strong

bakery background

, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage staff, inventory, and overall shop performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of shop operations. Lead, coach, and develop staff to achieve sales goals and service standards. Ensure the shop is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing at all times. Handle inventory management, stock ordering, and loss prevention. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for growth. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and health regulations. Process financial transactions, manage cash, and reconcile daily sales. Report regularly to upper management on performance and operational matters.

Qualifications:

Must have

proven experience

managing a bakery or similar food retail outlet

.

Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Bakery operations, stock control, and customer service practices. Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail or business is an advantage. Certified in Food Safety & Hygiene (advantage) Strong understanding of bakery products, production flow, and quality control

Working Conditions:

Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed (up to 50 lbs) Working hours : 10 hours with weekly off
