Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Prepare and bake a variety of breads, viennoiseries, and other bakery items.
xc2xb7 Maintain mise en place and handle daily production requirements.
xc2xb7 Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately.
xc2xb7 Assist in maintaining inventory and reducing waste.
xc2xb7 Ensure your station meets cleanliness and food safety standards (HACCP).
xc2xb7 Support senior bakery staff and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines.
xc2xb7 Contribute to new product testing and seasonal preparations when required.
Requirements
xc2xb7 Minimum 23 years of bakery experience in a professional kitchen.
xc2xb7 High School or Diploma in Bakery, Hospitality, or a related field.
xc2xb7 HACCP Certified working knowledge of food safety practices is a must.
xc2xb7 Proficient in dough handling, baking techniques, and shaping.
xc2xb7 Team player with strong communication and time management skills.
