We are hiring a Bakery Chef de Partie who is an expert in croissants and viennoiserie production. The right candidate should have excellent lamination skills and a passion for artisanal baking.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bakery production
Strong expertise in croissants, pain au chocolat, danish, and other viennoiserie
Attention to detail in shaping, proofing, and baking
Ability to work independently and manage production schedule
Understanding of hygiene and safety standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
