Job Description

Essential duties and responsibilities: Know how to make the potato bun bread plain, red bun, black bun , submarine bread , croissant, Danish , muphins Have knowledge in sweets such as brownies, crame caramel, um ali, cheese cake , cookies ,and other cakes 1. Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high-quality standards expected by Company standards. 2. Provide support to the Kitchen Team 3. Prepare and present high-quality dishes within company guidelines. 4. Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination. 5. Prepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus. 6. Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships. 7. Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues. 8. Comply with Company security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation. 9. Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organised at all times. 10. Attend and contribute to all staff meetings, departmental trainings and hotel-initiated trainings. Attend all required trainings as described by the department 11. Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.
