Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of breads and croissants on a daily basis.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all baked goods.
Follow established recipes while also contributing creativity and innovation to new products.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and strictly adhere to food safety standards.
Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience in bread and croissant production.
Solid knowledge of dough fermentation, lamination, and professional baking techniques.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and genuine passion for baking.
Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
