Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and ground workers
Load, unload, and move materials such as soil, sand, gravel, and debris
Identify and report mechanical issues promptly
Maintain clean and safe work areas
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Backhoe Loader Operator
, preferably on
Caterpillar machines
Valid
Heavy Vehicle / Construction Equipment Operator License
(as per local regulations)
Knowledge of construction site safety standards
Ability to work long hours and in varying weather conditions
Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
Basic understanding of equipment maintenance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
Experience in roadwork, utilities, or infrastructure projects
Understanding of soil conditions and excavation techniques
