Backhoe Loader Operator
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled
Backhoe Loader Operator
with at least3 years of hands-on experience
in construction or contracting projects. The operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling backhoe loader operations to support daily site activities.Key Responsibilities
Operate backhoe loader equipment for digging, trenching, loading, and leveling work. Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure machinery is in proper working condition. Follow the instructions of site supervisors to complete tasks efficiently. Observe strict safety and operational guidelines on all project sites. Keep accurate logs of work completed and report equipment issues promptly. Assist with general site duties when machinery operation is not required.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
3 years of proven experience
operating backhoe loaders. Strong knowledge of safety procedures and construction site practices. Ability to operate machinery with accuracy and care. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor and demanding conditions.Employment Benefits
